You may use UtiliVera Image for personal, educational, nonprofit, and commercial work without a subscription or per-seat fee.
Permission to use
The copyright owner grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to download, install, and use unmodified copies of UtiliVera Image on Windows computers you own or control. You may use the software to process personal or business files, including paid client work.
Sharing the software
Please share the official utilivera.com download page rather than hosting the executable elsewhere. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, repackage, bundle, or redistribute the software without prior written permission from the copyright owner.
Restrictions
You may not remove product or copyright notices, misrepresent the software as your own, or reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except where applicable law expressly permits those activities.
Third-party components
UtiliVera Image includes third-party open-source components. Those components remain governed by their respective licenses. The complete notices and license texts are included with the application and are available from Help and diagnostics.

You are responsible for keeping backups and reviewing output before relying on it. Updates and termination
Future versions may update these terms. The license ends if you materially breach them; your rights resume when the breach is cured, unless the copyright owner tells you otherwise.
