Independent Round 2 found internal P0=0 and P1=0. The unsigned installer is publicly available under the current policy with an adjacent warning and SHA-256 verification.
Unsigned release rule and 30-day target
The independently audited installer is publicly available unsigned under the current release policy. Windows may show “Unknown publisher”; users must download only from utilivera.com and verify SHA-256. The continuous 30-day target begins at 2026-08-21T14:56:01Z and ends at 2026-09-20T14:56:01Z.
