Independent release evidence

UtiliVera OCR 0.7.0 audit

The frozen application passed its product gate at 100/100. Independent installer Round 2 passed every internal engineering requirement. Public distribution remains held only for trusted code signing.

Methodology and immutable artifacts

The independent reviewer compared the frozen product with ABBYY FineReader PDF, Adobe Acrobat, Readiris PDF, Tungsten OmniPage, and Nitro PDF Pro across OCR review, geometry, confidence, layout and tables, preprocessing, Office and structured output, PDF/A, accessibility, localization, batch workflows, packaging, and reliability.

Frozen product identity

The product audit recorded 100/100, P0=0, P1=0, P2=0. That product result does not substitute for a signed public installer.

All 134 embedded files match the frozen product; the .NET Framework 4.8 prerequisite gate, ten installer languages, legal notices, silent install, same-version reinstall, CLI language enumeration, silent uninstall, persistent logs, and residue checks pass. Independent Round 2 found internal P0=0 and P1=0. The unsigned installer and main EXE remain blocked from public download.

Release rule and 30-day target

The download opens only after both files carry a valid trusted signature, the signed checksum is published, and the independent auditor confirms the signed identity. That activation timestamp begins the separate continuous 30-day target of 1,000 valid OCR downloads.
