UtiliVera

Privacy

The desktop app is private by design. Website delivery still requires limited server logging, described here.

Desktop software

UtiliVera Image processes image files on your Windows PC. The app does not upload your images, require an account, include advertising trackers, or send conversion contents to UtiliVera. Files are read only when you select them or add a watched folder.

Website and download logs

Like most web servers, utilivera.com records limited request data such as time, requested path, IP address, browser user agent, referrer, response status, and bytes delivered. We use these logs to secure the site, diagnose failed downloads, and count genuine downloads. We do not sell this data or use it for cross-site advertising.

Campaign attribution

If a link contains campaign parameters, the site keeps them in browser session storage for the current session so a download can be attributed to its source. No advertising cookie or persistent cross-site identifier is created.

Image metadata

Metadata changes happen locally. You choose whether to preserve metadata, remove GPS only, retain capture dates, or remove metadata. Originals are not overwritten by the normal workflow.
